Davide Pierangeli

Researcher

Davide Pierangeli obtained his PhD in Physics in 2017 at the Sapienza University of Rome carrying experimental studies in photonics and nonlinear dynamics. Formerly BE-FOR-ERC fellow at Sapienza, in 2021 he joined the Institute for Complex System in Rome. He is expert in optics and photonics and interested in general and interdisciplinary physics. His research activity spanned different topics, from nonlinear waves and ferroelectric materials to optical computing. Recently, he is working on the use of spatial light modulation for spin simulators, artificial neural networks, and for the investigation of complex systems.
